What is an event?

An event is a user action or outcome that happens in your product or service. "Signup complete" or "Video viewed" events are a direct result of users using your product. An event can also occur in an internal service or third-party system without user action like "Backup created".

Do you have a free trial?

Nope, we have something better, our Flex plan. Simply sign up for an account and you'll start off on our Flex plan, our pay for use plan with zero monthly commitment.

You will get 10k events included per month with additional events charged at $4 per 10k events. You can stay on this plan until you are ready to upgrade or for upto 12 months, whichever comes first.

What happens if I go over the monthly usage limit?

For your convenience we will continue to collect your data. You will pay an overage charge for the usage above your monthly quota at a rate based on your current plan.

Does the data in Carry belong to me?

Yes, of course! Any data you send to Carry remains exclusively yours, it is your data after all.
